Rick Ross Got ENGAGED?!

Our source tells us rapper Rick Ross just got engaged.  And no...it's not to Foxy Brown.   Apparently he just recently popped the question to his girlfriend Shateria Moragne-el. He brought her to the BET Awards (above) and she was also his choreographer and "dancer" for his video "All I Want" that was set in Columbia.  The two are always coupled up at his album release parties and events. Chick is friends with several baby mamas and fiances in the industry, so this isn't hard for me to believe. She spends most of her time there in Miami with him even though she's from Baltimore. I wonder what Foxy has to say....
