Sources inside of The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, OH tell TheYBF.com that Dwayne "Lil Wayne" Carter is moments away from being a new dad. Wayne is currently in the delivery room with the mother of his soon-to-be-born son. But, the mother is NOT his rumored fiance/wife Nivea. We're told the mystery woman is actually a young lady who has been in an on-again/off-again relationship with Mr. Carter for 3 years now. No word on the current status of the relationship between Wayne and his son's mother, but we're led to believe they are not an exclusive couple.
